Growth & GTM Full-time

GTM Engineer · AI & Automation

Build and scale our growth engine across the funnel: Free Trial → Embed → Own. You'll act as the technical architect of our GTM system, combining AI agents, automation workflows, data pipelines, and API integrations to drive enterprise acquisition, activation, and expansion at scale. Own PLG automation, build unified data layers, and create self-improving growth loops.

Hybrid by design.

Most roles are hybrid out of The Hague, Mumbai, or Johannesburg. Some are remote-friendly. We invest in people getting together periodically — quarterly team weeks, customer rollout travel, conference attendance.

How we hire

No tricks. No theatrics.

Three-to-four conversations, a working session, and a decision. We respect your time because we expect you to respect ours.

Initial screen.

30-minute call with a hiring manager. Mutual fit, scope, expectations. No surprises here — we'll tell you the role's hardest parts before you ask.

Working session.

A real problem, walked through together. For engineering: review existing code or design a system. For commercial: walk a sales motion. We don't do whiteboard puzzles.

60-90 min

Team conversations.

Two or three calls with the people you'll work with daily. They're evaluating fit; you should be doing the same. Ask hard questions.

Decision & offer.

Within a week of the final conversation. Detailed offer letter, transparent compensation breakdown, equity terms in writing. No hardball negotiation tactics.
