Build and scale Next's growth engine across the full funnel: Free Trial → Embed → Own. This role acts as the technical architect of GTM, combining AI agents, automation workflows, data pipelines, and API integrations to drive acquisition, activation, and expansion at enterprise scale.
What you'll do
- Build an AI-powered outbound engine for lead discovery, personalized outreach, and qualification.
- Design PLG automation journeys for onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Create a unified GTM data layer across CRM, product usage, and revenue systems.
- Orchestrate tooling with APIs, webhooks, and workflow platforms.
- Run growth experiments and ship self-improving loops tied to revenue outcomes.
What we're looking for
- 3-7 years in Growth Engineering, GTM Engineering, RevOps, or related automation roles.
- Strong API/webhook integration skills with Python or JavaScript.
- Hands-on SQL and data-modeling experience for GTM analytics.
- Practical use of LLM APIs and automation stacks (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
- Builder mindset with ownership from zero-to-one through scale.

What you'll do
- Build and own pipeline with top UK fintech and payments accounts.
- Drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through procurement and close.
- Position Next as a strategic infrastructure partner, not a commodity vendor.
- Develop expansion paths from flagship wins into broader ecosystem opportunities.
- Own ARR outcomes with clear pipeline hygiene and forecast discipline.
What we're looking for
- 5-10 years in enterprise SaaS/fintech/API-led sales roles.
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals with measurable revenue impact.
- Confidence engaging C-level buyers across product, technology, legal, and procurement.
- Strong understanding of UK fintech ecosystem dynamics and buyer priorities.
